UCLA is commited to a broad-based, nationally competative athletics program for men and women, and the University continues to live up to its reputation as a national leader in intercollegiate sports. With 10 men's and 12 women's varsity teams, UCLA consistently represents the Pacific-10 Conference in national competitions such as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
