Session fees will be charged as follows: $60 per adult (i.e., person 18 years or older), $15 for each person under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult. Incurred charges will not be billed until the Fall Quarter, on your student's September Billing and Accounts Receivable account (BAR) which can be accessed though www.ursa.ucla.edu. Failure to pay your
fees by the billing deadline will result in a $20 per month delinquent fee.
If you cancel your session before the deadline you will receive a full refund. If, however, you do not contact our office after signing up for a session, or you cancel after the deadline, you will be billed for the entire amount of the session (for example, if you make
a reservation for three adults, but only one adult comes to the session, you will be billed for three adults).

Getting to Orientation
Freeway
Access to UCLA
Directions: Take the 405 Freeway to Sunset Blvd. and
exit going east. Take Sunset Blvd. east to Bellagio Drive
(one light past Veteran Ave.) and turn right. Turn left at the
first stop sign (De Neve Dr.) and continue past a second stop
sign (Sunset Canyon Recreation Center). The Sunset Village (SV)
parking lot will be just past the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center
on the right-hand side.
Parking is available for $10.00
per day in Lot Sunset Village (SV). Your parking permit may
be obtained from a parking attendant at the entrance to Lot SV between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m.
We suggest you affix your parking permit on your car immediately
when you arrive. Should you arrive late, please proceed to Lot 4 (see Check-in map) to acquire the necessary permits.
You will also find short-term parking
available west of Sproul Hall in the turn-around and east of
Sproul Hall on Charles E. Young Dr. West (metered parking, quarters
only). Please note that the current citation for parking in a
lot without a valid permit or at an expired meter is $42.00.

Check-In Location and Time
Check-in for Family Orientation is at 7:30 am on
the Sunset Village Patio. The
session will end by 5:45 pm.
Since time will be spent walking around campus, appropriate
attire is recommended (e.g., comfortable walking shoes and
clothing are suggested). For those unfamiliar with the area,
summers in Los Angeles are usually warm and dry. However, we suggest you bring a light sweater for time spent indoors with air conditioning.
